PRM Announces Change in Claim Administrators
Please be advised that effective August 1, 2010,
Workers' Compensation claims administration for groups
managed by Program Risk Management, Inc. will be handled
by PMA Management Corp. All existing claim records
will be transferred to PMA as of that date. This change
concerns claims administration only; Program Risk
Management, Inc. will continue to provide program
management, billing, policy and other insurance
services.
Both PRM and PMA are working diligently to assure an
orderly transition to continue providing our customers
with superior service.
Please note that new claims should be reported
directly to PMA Management Corp. Instructions for new
claim reporting have been sent to all active PRM
customers; if you do not receive an instruction packet
in the mail, please call PMA toll-free at
1-800-329-6185.
