Gail S. Farrell

Gail Farrell earned her
BA degree in 1971 from the State University of New York at Albany.
She began her insurance career in 1973 with Reliance Insurance
Companies, where she gained a solid multi-line background as a Claim
Service Representative, a Field Claim Representative and as a Claim
Supervisor. During Gail's tenure with Reliance, she worked
extensively with both municipal and commercial insurance programs.
She joined Scott Wetzel Services in 1982 as Claims Manager, and
became Branch Manager in 1985. At Scott Wetzel she worked closely
with both fully-insured and self-insured clients to maintain their
claim administration programs in a Third Party Administrator
setting. She is well versed in all aspects of claim administration,
and holds NY Independent Adjuster and Connecticut Casualty Adjuster
Licenses. She has completed six parts of the ten-part CPCU
designation.
Patricia A. Caradori, CPCU, AIC
Asst. Vice
President / Team Leader
A native of Troy, New York,
Ms. Caradori received her B.S. from The University at Albany. She
has more than 20 years of multi-line claim adjusting experience with
insurance carriers including Maryland Casualty, Chubb Group, Utica
National, and The Travelers.
Ms. Caradori joined PRM/CSI in June 1998. She has achieved the
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Associate in Claims
designations. She is licensed by the State of New York as an
Insurance Broker and is a member of the Albany Claims Association.
Linda J. Kintner
Asst. Vice President / Team Leader
Linda J. Kintner started her
insurance career in 1982 at Scott Wetzel Services, where she held
several positions of increasing responsibility in the claims
department. She was ultimately the Workers' Compensation Claim
Supervisor of 5 years. Linda left SWS in 1996, and joined
Sedgwick James for 3 years as Workers' Compensation Coordinator,
where she handled multiple jurisdictions. Linda brings solid
claims expertise to PRM, and is especially strong in New York State
jurisdiction cases.
Arthur
Coats
Asst. Vice President /
Team Leader
Art has had a varied
multi-state career in workers compensation, starting with the NY
State Insurance Fund in New York City and Long Island. He has
held senior positions with Georgia Pacific Corporation, a national
self-insured employer, and with Sedgwick Claim Services in a program
dedicated to General Electric Co. Most recently, Art headed up
a claims unit for First Cardinal Corporation. He joined PRM
Claim Services, Inc. in March 2001 as a senior claims specialist
assigned to the CRISP Trust. Art earned a Bachelors of Arts
degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He
is licensed in a number of states and is an officer of the Albany
Claims Association.
Kristin Ayotte
Asst. Vice President / Team Leader
Kristin Ayotte worked for 10 years in the Human Resource and Safety and Health
Departments of “Troy Bilt Rototillers,” a local manufacturer. There
she held varied positions involving all aspects of employee issues
including Workers’ Compensation, OSHA and accident investigation and
prevention. She was certified as a First Responder to assist injured
employees waiting for medical attention. She then joined the Lawrence
Group as a Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster with
multi-state responsibilities. From there, Kristin joined the Special
Funds Conservation Committee as a Claims Supervisor. She advanced to
the position of Claims Representative, litigating Workers’
Compensation claims before the Workers’ Compensation Judges in the
Albany District. In 1997, she returned to Troy Bilt as Benefits
Administrator for over 300 active and retired employees. She joined
PRM in 2000 as a Senior Claims Examiner on the HCP team. Kristin now
heads up the ESTRA claim team, while also maintaining several HCP
clients.

Technical Support Supervisor
Margaret Lyons is the
Technical Support Supervisor for PRM Claim Services, Inc.
Margaret's superior background and knowledge of workers'
compensation is based on more than 30 years of experience in the banking and
insurance fields, in which she has held various supervisory
positions.
