The ESTRA / ARA-NY Self-Insurance Trust is made up of towers, automotive recyclers, and garage operators who are members of the Empire State Towing & Recovery Association or the Automotive Recycling Association of New York and have joined together to form a self-insurance group committed to reducing costs through risk management. The Trust is one of many administered by Program Risk Management, Inc., which provides employers with information, training, and assistance designed to help them control workplace hazards, reduce employee accidents, and thereby minimize the loss of earnings and workers' compensation expenses The impact of this program speaks for itself. Since inception, Trust participants have saved considerably on workers' compensation costs. |
