New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board is the agency responsible for the collection of workers' compensation data and the preparation of workers' compensation insurance rates for the State of New York.

New York State Workers' Compensation Board features, among other things, select laws, rules and regulations regarding workers' compensation, safety and health statistics, and information on self-insurance groups for employers.

National Council on Compensation Insurance is the nation's largest workers' compensation data, statistical and research corporation, providing database products, software, and consultation services to business, labor associations, and self-insureds.

New York State Association of Health Care Providers is a statewide trade association representing home-care and community-based providers through advocacy, information, and education.

Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
The mission of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is to save lives, prevent injuries and protect the health of America's workers. To accomplish this, federal and state governments must work in partnership with the more than 100 million working men and women and their six and a half million employers who are covered by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH)
The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) is the Federal agency responsible for conducting research and making recommendations for the prevention of work-related disease and injury. The Institute is part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The Association for Community Living (ACL) is a statewide membership organization of not-for-profit mental health agencies. ACL member agencies provide housing for over 15,000 people diagnosed with serious mental illness statewide. More than 130 member agencies provide a variety of residential options.

The Coalition of Voluntary Mental Health Agencies, Inc. is the umbrella advocacy organization of New York City’s mental health community, representing over 100 non-profit community based mental health agencies that serve more than 500,000 clients in the five boroughs of New York City. Founded in 1972, The Coalition is entirely membership supported with limited foundation and government funding for special purpose advocacy and assistance projects.

The Empire State Association of Adult Homes and Assisted Living Facilities
Since 1979 the Empire State Association of Adult Homes and Assisted Living Facilities has established a track record of successfully creating opportunities for growth of assisted living in New York State.

New York State Association of Community and Residential Agencies (NYSACRA) is a grassroots organization comprised of 200 voluntary agencies which provide services to people with developmental disabilities.
