John Conroy is Program Manager of the Health
Care Providers Self-Insurance Trust for workers' compensation,
the largest and most successful program of its kind in New York
State. John is also Program Manager for the Health Care
Providers Disability Benefits Trust, the
ESTRA/ARA-NY Self-Insurance Trust and the
Building
Exterior Services Trust of New York.
Edward A. Sorenson

Vice President
Ed Sorenson is the Program Administrator
for the Community
Residence Insurance Saving Plan (CRISP) Trust. Ed has over 25 years of management experience in the
property and casualty insurance business with national and regional
insurance corporations.
Gail S. Farrell
Senior Vice President
Gail Farrell earned her BA degree in 1971
from the State University of New York at Albany. She began her
insurance career in 1973 with Reliance Insurance Companies, where
she gained a solid multi-line background as a Claim Service
Representative, a Field Claim Representative and as a Claim
Supervisor working extensively with both municipal and commercial
insurance programs. She joined Scott Wetzel Services in 1982 as
Claims Manager, and became Branch Manager in 1985. At Scott Wetzel
she worked closely with fully-insured and self-insured clients to
maintain their claim administration programs in a Third Party
Administrator setting. She is well-versed in all aspects of claim
administration, and holds NY Independent Adjuster and Connecticut
Casualty Adjuster Licenses. She has completed six parts of the
ten-part CPCU designation.
Colleen E.
Bardascini
Senior Vice President / Accounting Manager
Colleen Bardascini is the Accounting Manager for the PRM Companies.
Colleen has over 10 years of management experience relating to
accounting functions of self-insurance trusts.
Kyle

Information Technology
Prior to joining the PRM Cos., Kyle held
the position of Area Vice President/Information Technology with the
Albany branch of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Kyle's
background includes more than 15 years of general insurance
experience, and over 7 years of self-insured workers' compensation
administration. Kyle is responsible for all technology-related
issues within PRM/CSI.
Mark J.
Crawford

Mark Crawford is the program manager of
Community Residence Insurance Saving
Plan (CRISP). He is a graduate of Siena College and certified as
a Zenger-Miller Service Quality Trainer. He is a licensed property
and casualty broker with over 14 years of insurance experience.

Ruth O'Connor is Program Manager of the ESTRA/ARA-NY
Self-Insurance Trust. She has twenty-five years'
experience as a licensed New York State Property & Casualty
Agent and Broker and has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor
designation.

Purcell

Property & Casualty Manager
Marianne Purcell is the Manager of the property and
casualty insurance department for PRM. She has 25 years experience
providing professional service to insureds as a licensed Property
and Casualty agent.
Harry
Gregory
Asst. Vice President / Trust Representative
Harry has nearly 20 years of experience in garage
and related industries insurance. Harry began his career with USF&G
Ins. Co., and held a Senior Marketing Position with National Grange
Mutual Ins. Co. Harry has completed his CIC designation (Certified
Insurance Counselor) and is currently working toward his Chartered
Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. While available to
speak with any prospective Trust participant, Harry will be calling
on prospective members of both ESTRA and ARA-NY.
